Cleveland Dental Institute should be investigated because after telling the staff over and over again that I took my blood pressure med 20 minutes before showing up they tried to send me to the emergency room lol! I go home and my blood pressure went to 137/83 and I told the dentist I saw my doctor just yesterday and the only thing they are doing is taking out thread from previous extraction. So I asked them “I thought they was dentist didn’t know they was doctors.” They need to stay in their lane and I know they have to protect themselves but get a grip because they scary lol! Staff nice but service sucks

I read the negative reviews before booking my appointment, but I decided to give this center a chance. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed many of the concerns others had shared. My appointment was scheduled for June 30, 2026, and I even received a reminder confirming it. After taking the time to travel to the clinic, I was informed that my appointment had been rescheduled to a different date without any prior notice. This level of communication and respect for patients’ time is unacceptable. If your time is valuable, I recommend looking elsewhere for your care.

Dr Margie Rojas is very professional, friendly, great Communicator. You can really tell that she love what she does. She takes time out her day to make sure that all her patients are well taken care of. She is the best provider I have ever had.

Have been a regular at this dentist for years. Like many other reviews express, the state of this dentist is in shambles. The wait time for a SCHEDULED appointment can be anywhere from 15-45 mins on the excuse of "running behind" on patients. They will set back your appointment days before it is scheduled to happen (terrible scheduling staff). To top it off, there are students training on patients WITHOUT SUPERVISION. They stumbled when caring for my teeth so bad that the Doctor came and fixed it himself! I have been calling, scheduling, and rescheduling for my wisdom tooth extraction for months.

I really wish I had read all of the reviews before I wasted my time taking my daughter to this office. I would suggest that anyone who actually wants to have work done or see an actual dentist go somewhere else. My daughter was referred here to get her wisdom teeth pulled one of which is breaking through the skin already has caused infection in her mouth multiple times and causes her lots of pain. We wait for the appointment which was supposed to be a consult with the oral surgeon we drive over an hour to get there only for my daughter to see I don't even know what she was a nurse assistant something who couldn't explain anything so I had no idea what was even going on and then ended up telling us that we needed to come back and see the oral surgeon. Well that's what we were supposed to be there for so make an appointment to come back and see the oral surgeon take a day off work drive over an hour again to see the oral surgeon for us to still not see the oral surgeon. We saw the same lady we saw the first time who says yes the oral surgeon wants to take out her two bottom wisdom teeth they're going to send the approval to the insurance company and will hear back from them.
